Background: Smartpost is a new service by Finnish Post through which deliveries can be taken closer to the consumer. The Smartpost users receive their goods in the parcel locker located closest to them. In addition, the parcel locker can be used for sending parcels, online store returns, food delivery and for services, such as laundry.

Solution: Fully-customised digital service that is easy to use for end-users, as well as for merchants that can add their products and services via simple dashboard

My role: design lead for digital product and service, smartpost.fi
